🤖💙 Dow High Competition Recap 💙🤖

This past weekend (the 13th–14th), BeaverTech FRC competed at Dow High School. While we ran into some mechanical challenges that kept us from performing at the level we were aiming for, our team showed incredible perseverance, teamwork, and problem-solving throughout the event.

Every setback is a chance to learn, and this experience has already given us ideas and motivation to come back stronger next season. 💪

We’re proud of how our students supported each other, stayed positive, and represented BeaverTech with professionalism all weekend long.

Our work doesn’t stop here! This offseason we’ll be:
🔧 Improving our robot and skills
🤝 Building new sponsors and community partnerships
🎉 Participating in local events — including the 4th of July Parade

Week 1 is done and we get to turn around and do it again next week. The robot didn't do everything we were hoping for but we couldn't be more proud of our team. They pulled together and worked like a team should. Well done!!

Competition has been interesting this weekend. After suffering a power outage that set us back hours, we are now working on a compressed schedule. We have 3 matches left today before finals but we started early and have a running lunch to try to make up some time. Finals will start late as well. Our BeaverTech FRC team is heading to the FIRST in Michigan District Event at Mount Pleasant High School this Friday through Sunday! 🎉 This is our next big step in the competition season, and we need YOU to come out and support us!

🤖🎉 Kickoff Day = Robots + Community! 🎉🤖

We had an awesome time celebrating FRC Kickoff alongside Clare Chaos Theory, Harrison Hornet Robotics, and Farwell Robotics this weekend!

It was great spending the day with fellow teams, diving into the new game, sharing ideas, and kicking off another exciting FRC season together. Events like this remind us how strong and supportive the robotics community truly is.
