🎉 Congratulations to these ladies of Metro FC U8/9G Rapids who played in their very first tournament together last weekend!

They barely missed advancing to the finals on points at the Summer End Showdown, and played very well in their first matchplay of the season.

🥅 Calling all players interested in Goalkeeping!

We have our Delco-based GK Training sessions on Thursdays starting this evening on Field 1, 5:30-6:30 pm.

Bring ball, GK gloves, and water and wear regular training gear. All club players interested in GK are welcome!

Sessions are run by our GK Trainer, Malcolm Edge, and in conjunction with GK Director Marty Ellis.

Players may also attend additional GK Training at Ankeney--if interested please contact your coach or send us a DM to add you to the communication for those sessions.

🥰 There's no place we'd rather finish out our summer than with 90 or so of our besties at Metro FC Summer Camp!

Thank you so much to all our campers who worked so hard, and to our fantastic staff who brought the fun all week.

Many thanks to Kevin Arcuri and Puma for providing our camp prizes, and to Soccer Plus for prepping our camp shirts.

We're ready for the Fall Club season to kickoff next week..let's do this!

LAST CHANCE TO REGISTER! 🌞 Close out your summer with us at Metro FC 2026 Summer/Pre-Season Camp!

Registration is open to players of all levels and available at www.metrofutbolclub.com for our Summer Camp, which will take place Monday, August 3 through Wednesday, August 5, 6-7:30 pm, at Delco Park (1700 Delco Park Drive, Kettering, OH 45420).

Many of our select team players use Summer Camp as the perfect tuneup for the upcoming fall club soccer season, but all players with birth years 2015-2019 (U8-U12) are welcome to join us!

Registration is $100 and includes a t-shirt ($15 early bird discount available) and coaching from our Metro FC staff. All players will need to wear shinguards and soccer cleats (boots) and bring a soccer ball and plenty of water to camp each evening.
