We had an amazing time learning, laughing, and building confidence together! I hope everyone walked away with a few new skills, a little more awareness, and a lot more confidence navigating everyday life.
A huge THANK YOU to Tina and Kate for leading the class, demonstrating the techniques, and helping make it such a fun and empowering experience!
