Dearest Yogi's,

I hate goodbyes....

So I've decided this isn't a goodbye email, it's just a "See ya' later!"

I have had the honor and privilege of serving the Beaver community for almost 17 years. Teaching the practice I love and sharing the ancient wisdom of yoga with you has been a true passion and joy in my life.

I'm not done teaching, but it will look slightly different. You'll be hearing from me soon on the next steps of my transformation. Please allow at least a couple weeks for the update as I'm taking some time to decompress and rest.

On the bright side - AMY and NOVA HOUSEšŸ˜ will be an amazing place to keep your practice going! I can't be happier that she has decided to serve the community in this way. She will be a force for good work and strong yoga for a long time to come.

Thank you, sincerely, for your dedication and allowing me to do what I love, in a place that I love, for so long. šŸ™

These yogis are two of my favorite humans!

We are heading off to Costa Rica in October and only have a couple spots left. This retreat will be filled with high quality yoga classes and workshops and lots of time for fun on the beach. It is open to experienced practitioners and teachers.

New beginnings, though, are exciting!

Please watch for emails and social media updates concerning the change from Sangha Center to Nova House. We will keep you informed and aware of anything you need to know to keep practicing yoga in Beaver!

Attached is the weekly schedule that will run until August 31. Details and registration are on the website. Please know August 31 evening class is SOLD OUT. Please do not buy a pass for this class as it is SOLD OUT and refunds are not available.

Please know : You need to use your passes BY AUGUST 31!

New passes will be available soon for Nova House classes.
