Our sessions are CUSTOMIZABLE.
Mondays: Upper body strength + Cardio Intervals with Becky
(A mix of weights and resistance bands to strengthen upper body muscles, combined with 4-minute cardio intervals)
Tuesdays: Triple Trouble Strength
(Muscular strength using dumbbells, bars, and kettlebells; Glutes & Shoulder Focus with Core)
Wednesdays: Cardio Circuit Summer Adventure Training
(Cardio and Core Circuit; intention of using exercises to train for summer activities *hiking, lake fun, pickleball, gardening, and traveling*)
Thursdays: Strength Circuit Supersets
(Full body muscular strength in circuit format)
Fridays: Exercise Recovery Yoga with Rita
(Ahhhhhhhh......)
