Summer Nutrition Reminder for Parents
With summer schedules, vacations, gymnastics and ninja classes and camps, and late nights, it’s easy for healthy eating habits to slip a little. But did you know that what children eat can have a huge impact on their energy, mood, focus, and even sleep?
A few simple tips for a healthier summer:
