Today we opened another door to expanding our community, our impact, our footprint - today we had an information session for our very first 200hr Yoga Teacher Training accredited by the American Yoga Coincil. The road to this point has been a bit tedious, a bit arduous, a bit nerve wracking - but it is definitely worth it to create more instructors with the Meko magic. The training is set to commence July 16th. If you are someone you know is interested in this training, shoot us a DM for information!

“So like, you say I need to experience the studio, but it’s just a yoga studio - what’s the vibe?”
A little unhinged, a bit ratchet, a skosh unorthodox, a lot unfiltered, a massive amount of untamed, a dash of wild and all accepting. This treasure trove of trinkets and knickknacks have all come from customers, students, clients, instructors, employees - and they all understood the assignment.
You wanna add your flare to this little entryway fiasco? Go ahead and plop down your special brand of weird and let this delightful scene grow - just like our phenomenal community chock full of wild and free, feral and magical humans!
