Good luck to our NorBeau teams competing this weekend at One & Done hosted by ! đź’Ş

We’ve got one team kicking things off Friday night at 6:00 PM, followed by three more teams taking the competition floor Saturday morning at 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, and 9:30 AM.

Go out there, have fun, compete hard, and make NorBeau proud! We’ll be cheering you on all weekend. 🔥

What an incredible night at WOD & Worship 🙌
So thankful for every single person that came out, worked out, worshipped, and spent the evening with our community. Seeing the gym full of people coming together for fitness, faith, and fellowship was something special.

This was honestly better than we could’ve hoped for, and we’re excited to continue making this a thing at NorBeau CrossFit. 💙
