ics. Training with the oxygen resistance mask, a participant burns on average just as much calories in 30 minutes that are equivalent to a 2 hr versatile workout routine. Led by highly skilled professionals, each workout incorporates body weight, endurance, strength and power elements through a variety of equipment Including battle ropes, rowing machines, suspension training, free weights, and more. The physiology behind the Altitude training involves bio-electrical impedance analysis designed to monitor your results while you thrive towards your overall fitness goals. The result is reaching your anaerobic stage in training caused by greater oxygen exchange, clean oxygen to the hemoglobin, and faster blood rate. You gain more energy, visible toning and extra calories burned post workout for up to 24 hours which is called your steady state. Altitude Training is designed to be innovative and to motivate. ALTITUDE BY INCLUDE FITNESS PHILOSOPHY: The physiological theory behind ALTITUDE simulates the ability to train at a higher elevation by regulating how much air you can breathe in during training making calorie burning more efficient. Your level of exertion does not decrease your benefits because we verify your fitness parameters, and altitude level of training. With reduced oxygen consumption (ROC) the human body changes in several ways. The production of red blood cells and new capillaries (small blood vessels) increase the transfer of oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body more accurately. Participants are to purchase a training mask (Optional), and for optimum results you are encouraged to train 2-5 times weekly. Benefits include stimulated metabolism, feeling increased energy after each circuit, mental & physical stamina increases, better oxygen exchange, learned controlled breathing, and the ability to burn fat calories at a higher rate. Afterwards the body continues to use oxygen and burn more calories as if you were still working out, resulting in a 200-400 calorie increase to metabolism for 24-36 hours after the workout. This is all forwarded by our training concept of Hypoxic Training, Also known intermittent hypoxic therapy which is a non-invasive, drug free technique aimed at improving human performance and well being by way of adaptation to reduced oxygen.
