I've been losing money because if this.
Fills must be booked within 2-3 weeks from your last appointment. After 3 weeks, it will be considered a full set.

You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining to qualify for a fill.

If you arrive with less than 40% of your lash extensions, or if your lashes are excessively grown out or poorly maintained, a full set will be required and charged accordingly.
