Happy Pride month to those still waiting to be accepted and those that realized they don’t need someone else’s acceptance.

Pride is about standing in one’s truth without shame in a world that has been shaming you🌈💖 This is a sign to live your best life knowing you are truly loved by the LGBTQ+ community.

Happy Pride month! To everyone! Especially those who cannot celebrate openly or safely 🏳️‍🌈 to those whose families & friends disowned you or treated you different because of your sexuality. Remember you will always have a q***r family who will pick you up when you fall! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Self care can be a struggle when we are busy doing life. How can you add more self care to your daily life and routines?

You don’t need expensive red light therapy or a vibration plate when you can do this outside in the suns natural healing powers. Make sure you’re protecting from too much direct sun. Indirect sun works well.
