Walt has seen some success, but he and his family have been paying a considerable amount for his cancer treatments and would be very grateful if you would consider giving something towards his journey to defeat the stage 4 cancer diagnosis and see him completely healed. Attention girls and young women! Have you ever been interested in sports but nervous to go try out for a team or be the new kid on the field?
Well here’s your chance to change that! Miss Beaufort and Beaufort County Parks and Recreation are hosting this amazing FREE community outreach event this Saturday June 6th 9:30-noon.

The event will host 13 different sports for girls to learn about and try in a fun judgement free zone.
There will also be a performance from the Foundry gymnastics team, a talk about Miss Beaufort’s experience with sports and even a Q & A!
The event will have delicious coffee by The Loyal Cup and a table by Balanced Wellness where they will talk about the importance of having a good mindset in and out of sports.

You really don’t want to miss this!!

Mike here is training hard for Jiu Jitsu. He uses this mask to help his lungs acclimate to elevation differences. This strengthens the lungs and preps them for differences in altitude. Now that’s dedication‼️
