Sweat Saturday everyone! Y’all know what that means. Let’s start this weekend off strong by pushing ourselves! Josue here is able to row 166 pounds on each arm alone! So impressive! People often think that strength training is all luck or just training In the gym. It has so much to do with making sure we’re eating carbs for energy and protein for muscle recovery. Walt has seen some success, but he and his family have been paying a considerable amount for his cancer treatments and would be very grateful if you would consider giving something towards his journey to defeat the stage 4 cancer diagnosis and see him completely healed.
