Athlete Tip Tuesday is back again!
One of the best things you can do as an athlete is become a fan of your sport. Take time to learn about it, follow it and appreciate it at a level that is much deeper than playing. Digging deeper in to your sport will help you build your sports IQ and make you a well-rounded athlete.

It's essential for everyone, but especially young people, to take the time to check in with their mind and body about their feelings, emotions and overall wellbeing. It's okay not to be okay but, it's it's important to seek resources and support to help you get back to YOU. YOU matter and YOU belong!

Athlete Tip Tuesday! Athletes who get the right amount of sleep-at least 9 hours per night- have been shown to have higher cognitive functions such as judgement, focus, memory and decision making which are all important in every sport!
