Claiborne Bass Club

The Claiborne Bass Club was started in 1989 with a mission to give bass anglers of the area a chance to meet and compete with fellow anglers.

Greetings Anglers, If you are 16 years or older and interested in competitive Bass fishing, whether you own a boat or not, this Club is an ideal starting point.
You are respectfully invited to attend our upcoming meeting on Tuesday, August 4th at the Sports Center on 1719 Main St Tazewell, TN 37879
@7:00pm

We host 10 tournaments annually and currently have 3 left in 2026 season. Please note that prior to participating in your first tournament, attendance at one of our monthly meetings and payment of membership dues are mandatory. Additionally, the club operates a draw format, wherein everyone competes against each other, and individuals without a boat will be paired with a boater.

Annual membership is $100 per person, with mandatory membership in BASS. Boaters must carry a minimum $300,000 liability insurance. The tournament entry fee is $40 per person.

Special Opportunities to Qualify for the State Championship, National Championship, and Bass Master Classic

We are pleased to announce the RESULTS for Claiborne Bass Club's May 9, 2026 Stop #4 FT Loudon Lake event held out of Concord. Sincere appreciation is extended to the 12 anglers who participated, enjoying a beautiful day of fishing. Additionally, we acknowledge our future young anglers who accompany us, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in preparation for future tournaments. The top placings were as follows:

1st place Jr McGeorge with 9.47,

2nd place Matt Goodman with 9.19.

The Big Fish award went to Rex Callebs with a catch weighing 3.08.

Our next club meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 2nd at 7:00pm. The upcoming tournament is set for May 23 on Cherokee Lake.

RESULTS for Claiborne Bass Club April 25, 2026 Stop #3 Lake Chickamauga out of Dayton. We extend our sincere appreciation to all participants who traveled to one of the best bass lakes in Tennessee.
