***Lifeguard Positions Available for Summer 2025***

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic lifeguards and/or swim instructors to join our team. Competitive pay and flexible hours/days. Our season begins Memorial Day Weekend and ends on Labor Day Monday.

Skills
• Current Board of Health Certification in Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR/AED required.
• Strong swimming skills with the ability to demonstrate techniques effectively.*
• Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and engage students of all ages.
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Duties
• Conduct swimming lessons for various age groups and skill levels.*
• Ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs.*
• Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing our pool rules and regulations.
• Perform lifeguard duties as needed, including monitoring the pool area for potential hazards.
• Assist with pool maintenance tasks such as recording chemical readings at intervals throughout the day to ensure a safe swimming environment.
• Provide CPR and First Aid as necessary.
• Ability to write a detailed incident report.

*Lifeguards are NOT REQUIRED to teach swimming lessons, it is optional.
