As of now, It will be "business as usual" at TSA until advised otherwise by official organizations such as the CDC.

Just like the Cold & Flu Season, we are asking ALL of our members:

• If you are sick, stay home until you are 100% well.

• If you believe something is wrong with your health, beyond the common cold, contact your medical care provider (Doctor, Urgent Care, Hospital, Etc.) for help.

• Wash your hands before coming to the gym.

• Wash your hands upon entering the gym.

• Wash your hands before you leave the gym.

• Do not touch your face.

• Wash your hands before you eat.

• Manage your mental & emotional health by staying "stress free" as much as you can. Limit your time watching fear based news.

• Empower yourself by staying in contact with your health care providers for guidance including expert information offered by the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention).

• Eat healthy, get adequate sleep, exercise, and stay around POSITIVITY.

• When in doubt, trust your instincts and always lead with common sense.

It’s never too late to kick it back into gear and start working out again after a break.

If TSA could coach you through this here’s 5 things I’d say we’re good idea to focus on

START SMALL: So you haven’t lifted a weight in a while? Give yourself a break. You are not in the same place you were before and that is okay. All it takes is one good workout to reboot yourself.

TAKE ONE STEP AT A TIME: Try not to make a ton of changes at once. Plan ahead. For that first week, you plan on exercising, sit down on Sunday evening, look at your schedule for the week, and decide when you are going to fit in that 10-minute workout each day.

SET SHORT TERM GOALS: Setting goals for yourself will help you to stay motivated and feel accomplished. When you set these goals, make them specific, realistic, and achievable for yourself. Once you have set a goal, think of how you will be rewarded.

CREATE NEW HABITS or RESTART OLD ONES: Habits are created from doing the daily activities we choose to put our time towards consistently.

REMEMBER DO IT FOR YOURSELF: You are always a work in progress and being fit and healthy should be about making you feel great, feel confident in your own skin, and be the best version of you that you can be. You are doing this for yourself and no else, so don’t give up and don’t let yourself down
