(The look on my boys face when I said well we need to clean this place every hour on the hour, during and after each session)
As of now, It will be "business as usual" at TSA until advised otherwise by official organizations such as the CDC.
Just like the Cold & Flu Season, we are asking ALL of our members:
• If you are sick, stay home until you are 100% well.
• If you believe something is wrong with your health, beyond the common cold, contact your medical care provider (Doctor, Urgent Care, Hospital, Etc.) for help.
• Wash your hands before coming to the gym.
• Wash your hands upon entering the gym.
• Wash your hands before you leave the gym.
• Do not touch your face.
• Wash your hands before you eat.
• Manage your mental & emotional health by staying "stress free" as much as you can. Limit your time watching fear based news.
• Empower yourself by staying in contact with your health care providers for guidance including expert information offered by the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention).
• Eat healthy, get adequate sleep, exercise, and stay around POSITIVITY.
• When in doubt, trust your instincts and always lead with common sense.
