💫 Meet the Team: Josiah Schindelar
Whether he’s in the shop, behind the wheel, or on the sideline, Josiah plays an important role in keeping Dragon Seats moving.
Originally from Geauga County, Ohio, Josiah joined the team more than a year ago before officially coming on full time as a Service Technician six months ago. With a diverse mechanical background, a CDL, and five years of professional driving experience, he brings a skill set that’s just as valuable on the road as it is in the shop. From transporting equipment across the country to making sure every Dragon Seats system is ready for game day, he’s always willing to go wherever the job takes him.
One experience stands above the rest: driving from Ohio to California for work. Traveling through Colorado, Utah, and Arizona gave him the chance to see parts of the country he’d never experienced before, turning an ordinary work trip into a memory he’ll never forget.
When long days and travel weeks come around, Josiah relies on determination to keep pushing forward. No matter the challenge, he stays focused on the task at hand and takes pride in seeing the job through.
One stop that’s left a lasting impression is the L.L. Bean headquarters in Maine, another reminder that Dragon Seats can take you to places you never expected. But what he appreciates most isn’t just where the job takes him, it’s the sense of community that comes with the people he works alongside every day.
When he’s back home, you’ll usually find Josiah spending time with his dog, Bodhi, before getting ready for the next trip.
