Zion Weightlifting and Fitness Center Zion Weightlifting and Fitness Center is a fitness facility that provides services in personal training, weightlifting, and Crossfit.

Here at Zion Weightlifting and Fitness Center, we believe in training the whole person, Mind, Spirit, and Body. Just as a person becomes a new creation through the baptism of the Holy Spirit, we also believe that to be your best physic

al self, truly, there needs to be a renewal of your Spirit and Mind. The fruit of that work is a healthier person, not just to look better but also to be a blessing to others. We want this place to be a refuge where people come in one way and leave as a new creature.
