We are excited to announce that we have hired Mike D’Errico as our USPHL Premier Head Coach 📈
Mike D’Errico, a native of East Bridgewater, Massachusetts, will serve as the first Head Coach of the Boston Junior Terriers Premier team in the USPHL while also joining the NCDC staff as an Assistant Coach. With more than 20 years behind the bench, Mike has earned a reputation as a respected leader and mentor, known for his positive approach and commitment to developing players both on and off the ice. His experience spans the youth, high school, and junior levels, including six seasons as Head Varsity Coach at East Bridgewater High School, and he has worked with many of the top hockey programs throughout Southeastern Massachusetts. A Managing Partner of a local hospitality company, Mike brings strong leadership and organizational skills to his coaching roles. He and his wife reside in Middleboro, where they are proud parents of three adult children and grandparents of twin boys 🏒
