When an opponent grabs to push or pull, we instantly intercept the power of the opponent through Aiki-no-jutsu, we render it powerless, we stop the attack and we stick to it and make it impossible to separate. At that moment we are able to apply a throwing or joint locking techniques.
When the opponent comes to strike us we stop that movement, by floating and destabilizing them through the action of Aiki-no-jutsu .

The focus of our workshops is to review the kihon waza, (basic techniques) in detail, to ensure the understanding of the mechanics, effectiveness, and the principles.
To achieve an Aiki body, the body needs proper conditioning.
Through techniques we condition our body.
The goal is, no matter how we move, it will become a technique.
