I don’t believe in cutting out everything you enjoy. That’s a fast track to quitting.

The goal is to build a lifestyle you can actually stick with. That’s why I teach my clients how to include a weekly cheat meal the right way. It’s about being intentional, rather than “earning” your food or “starting over” on Monday.
