Just finished up a custom ordered pack saddle. Same idea as a canvas half breed but leather all around. Turned out pretty nice. I wasn’t sure how it was going to end up but I do like the bigger skirts. I also have one last skirted crossbuck that is looking for a new home if anyone needs one this spring.

Pay attention, Colorado sportsmen.
Governor Polis says he's a "strong supporter of hunting" — but a new Colorado Sun investigation tells a different story. His CPW Commission appointments are raising serious alarms, and now a sitting commissioner is floating the idea of finding new funding sources to bring nonconsumptive users in as financial contributors — openly questioning why "hook and bullet people" should be carrying the conservation load.
Here's the answer: because we always have. Hunters built the North American Model of Wildlife Conservation. We fund 85% of CPW's entire wildlife budget. We are the only user group in history to voluntarily self-fund conservation — including species we don't even pursue.
Weaken that model, replace our voice on the Commission, and wildlife pays the price. It's that simple

Finished up two more skirted pack saddles that are looking for a new home if anybody is interested. One crossbuck and one modified decker, both trees are trailmax trees from outfitter supply.
