These are just some of the new jerky flavors and styles we are implementing into our already extensive lineup of Jerky options. We are open in Silver today from 10-5. We just restocked the store yesterday afternoon as it has been very busy. We have almost all of our traditional carne seca flavors along with many new styles and flavors including Cowboy Cut, Brisket Jerky, Exotic Jerky, and Wild-Game Jerky. We even have Pork Loin Jerky available and will start offering that in our 10 most popular flavors. You asked and we will deliver. Thank you everyone. Have a great weekend.

We just wanted to let everyone know that we will now be resuming our regular hours again at both locations. We have finished up our annual inspections and are ready go for the year. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this is a necessary thing every year to ensure that we are up to par on our state mandated regulations.

Tuesday- Saturday 10-5

Bayard Hours
Monday - Friday 8-5
We are no longer open on Saturdays in Bayard, and have went from 7pm close time to 5pm as we now have two locations.
