A few weeks ago we had the opportunity to take a trip down to Mississippi and attend the Southern Outdoors Unlimited banquet. This is year 20 that the organization has been running. It started with just a couple of guys wanting to help a few kids. Now it’s turned into a great cause and ministry!

Southern Outdoors Unlimited is an organization that passionately provides opportunities and introduces children with disabilities to God’s great outdoors.

The night was incredible! Great food and great company. We were able to see how the organization touches people’s lives, from those we got to personally talk with to testimonies of the children and families that have been impacted. My guess is that somewhere around 300,000 dollars were raised to provide hunts and track chairs for kids!

I pray for the years to come, SOU will continue to grow and see more people impacted for this cause and the kingdom of God. Go check out this organization and see how you can get involved!

Contestants should demonstrate
realistic mallard hen duck calls.

Contestants of all skill levels
are encouraged to participate.

Contest is open to youth ages 4–18.
Age is determined on the day of the contest.
Contestants may compete in one age division only.
A parent or legal guardian must complete the registration form for contestants under 18.
Contestants must furnish their own duck call.

Registration is available online
