Our Super Saturdays for the CrossFit Open brought the heat these past few weeks—and even more importantly, they brought our community together. From pushing through tough workouts to cheering each other on, the last three Saturdays were filled with energy, grit, and a whole lot of fun.

We loved seeing everyone show up, challenge themselves, and then stick around after to hang out, refuel with snacks, and just enjoy being part of something bigger ❤️

This is what it’s all about: fitness, community, and doing hard things together.

Today we tested our deadlift and WOW👏 So many new PRs were set, and it was incredible to watch members step up, trust their training, and move some serious weight.

Deadlifts aren’t just about lifting heavy. They’re one of the most effective movements we train because they:
• Build total-body strength
• Strengthen the posterior chain (glutes, hamstrings, back)
• Translate to real-life strength (picking things up safely)
• Boost confidence under the bar
