It's incredibly easy to bend a derailleur hanger or damage the derailleur. Please make sure if you are laying the bike down, lay it down on the side WITHOUT the gears to avoid damaging things.

DONUT FRIDAY IS LIVE!!!!

Today's selection is from George’s Donuts in Twinsburg. We had them last year and they were pretty good. They even claimed they had the best Apple Fritters! Which is fightin' words to Donut Land in Brunswick. We did get one this time, so I guess we'll find out.

Mr H, sorry your bike took so long. But with the pistons sticking in the caliper and how dirty your brake fluid was, we had to do a couple bleeds to make sure everything was clean and working properly.

If your brakes are squishy and the levers going to the bar, you may have contaminated brake fluid or other problems like worn pads and rotors or sticky pistons. Don’t ignore these issues or you might not be able to stop well when you need to!

This Trek Checkpoint came in for a few upgrades. We stripped the bike down, ran taps thru everything, polished it up and rebuilt it with the new Campagnolo Record X 1x13 group.

An upgrade for the bar as well - FULL SPEED AHEAD AGX K-Wing carbon gravel bar to match the bar on another bike they have. We did have to upgrade the rear hub because the original one, they didn't have support for that model anymore. So we relaced the wheel with an Aivee Classic hub with the N3W freehub body.

Throw on some new SUPACAZ Gravel bar tape and Favero Assioma Pro MX-2 power meter pedals and we'd call that some pretty nice upgrades. He should love the new ride!

This coming Friday is Donut Friday! George’s Donuts Twinsburg will be the donut's this week. We had them last year and they were pretty good. He even said his cinnamon rolls were the best around. We never got one, so we can't comment on that.
