LivFit Personal Training was developed to provide an environment and extensive training program specifically designed to help clients succeed. I wanted to ensure that all clientele involved in the LivFit system would have all the tools necessary to reach their full potential in exercise and life. I felt is was extremely important to close the increasingly growing gap between training and science.

Focusing on functional movements and core stability. I specialize in Strength/Body-weight training, Cardio conditioning, Core stability, Sport-specific training, Injury prevention, Suspension training, Fat and Weight Loss. Services:
