Hey Bayshore, peeps! Can’t believe the autumnal equinox is already upon us and I will be visiting NY to see family and can’t pass up an opportunity to host a class!

coming up on my one year anniversary of my relocation and it’s hard to believe that a year has passed. As I approach the season of harvest, I can’t help but contemplate the different cycles of my life, especially the harvesting all of the wisdom of what I’ve learned after making such a massive shift. Come for some storytime, grounded asana practice and deep savasana to prepare yourself for integrating all you have experienced this growing season.

Hello Bay shore peeps! I am coming up from Florida for a visit and adding two classes to the schedule one on a Thursday and the other on Saturday the fourth. I hope the availability of the extra class gives a few more people that I haven’t seen a chance to come in! Looking forward to sharing the practice with whoever I can. Miss you all terribly and not teaching a lot of yoga down here at the moment makes me really appreciate the beauty of what we had for so long. Hoping to guide us all in a little bit more magic while I can. 💚

Hey barefoot community! I am going to be up in New York from Florida for a family event and will be hosting a pop-up yoga class on Sunday at 11 at the space at five on fifth.

I am looking forward to being able to lead a practice that will Ground us in the nourishing presence of community in coming together in a shared way to release what we have built up in ourselves and to realign with our strength and capacity to adapt to life‘s challenges and constant change with more grace, ease, softness, humor, and compassion.

join me on the mat for a little taste of home that reminds me that Bearfoot is truly a state of being not just a place in time. It lives inside of all of us no matter where we are in all the different cycles of our lives. I am extremely grateful to have been able to serve the community for as long as I did through sharing the practice of yoga and I’m continuing to find my way in how to support people in their highest evolution down here in Florida to help them manage the challenges that they face every day. Let’s create some magic together again and hopefully see many of you on the 17th.

Hello Bearfoot community! It has been too long since my last update but things in Florida continue to rapidly change and unfold and as I settle into my new life and attempt to find my place in a new community, I am drawn back to my roots in New York and will be up for a family wedding next week and would love to share some space and a practice time with you all !

I have been extremely nostalgic and tender as I continue to navigate all that I had to leave behind physically but also carry with me how nourishing and precious the time with you all truly was.

I would love to see as many of you as possible, but also understand that life gets in the way of many things and continue to hold the vision that I will be able to put some form of online presence together very soon for those of you who would like to connect through the teachings again and learn about the new things that I’m connecting with down here as well.

Very grateful to be able to come up and get some good grounding vibes and get charged up with community love that I’ll bring back here to Spirit Well Sensory Lounge. Stay tuned for more collaborations as I am now a partner over there and will continue to expand my offerings in an online friendly space 💚

Hello Long Island! I’m coming up from Florida and doing a pop-up yoga class at the Welcome Mat in Islip this Sunday 12 PM to offer up some of the slowly simmered pot of yoga soup that I’ve had cooking in my system these past few months since the last class I taught in July.

Yoga has been quietly on the back burner as I have had to deal with so many other things in the foreground of my life, including finding a new home after settling into a short term rental in Jensen Beach. things are starting to settle, and the grace and beauty of my ability to adapt and change is my greatest boon after so many years of dedicated embodied yoga practice.

It hasn’t been easy, but neither has yoga in my experience and I have even more ways now to listen to, adapt and change to meet the moment of my body and what it’s needing in order to move the stuck or stagnant energy that I’ve accumulated. this post Thanksgiving class promises to be a balanced combination of gentle movements in all directions of the spine, rhythmic rocking to keep joints tendons and ligaments moist and supple, embodied static holds to build strength and stability and extended deep relaxation to let it all go and give back to the Earth what is heavy and no longer useful for the best of our evolution.

I would love to see as many of you as I can while I am here in the northeast and will work on more chances to connect virtually and offer Florida in person retreats very soon! in the meantime, have a very happy Thanksgiving and take some time to be grateful for all that you’ve accomplished and made it through this year. I know I am.🙏🏼

Greetings from Andros! 🇬🇷 I have been immersed in all things Greek for the past two weeks, including having technical difficulties with Wi-Fi and my ability to communicate has been restricted.

For those of you who are following along with my journey, I will be sending a very in-depth email with photos and videos after my return to the United States at the end of the month. in the meantime, just know that I am making a strong case for transitional travel to wild places like this as proper life skill training for dealing with transitions of all kinds and learning real time problem-solving skills while cultivating deep gratitude for the wild beauty that is everywhere here!

Setting my sights on taking us all on a wild and grounding journey to the mountains of Peru June 2026. Let the journey continue and can’t wait to explore with you all!

Hello everyone! July has passed by in a whirlwind blur and I am ready to teach my final class in Bay shore for the foreseeable future until I get myself established in Florida but first travel to Greece.

I am filled with many emotions, but I am ready for the next stage of this massive sea change. I’m so grateful for all of the messages, thoughts and prayers for me and my family as we have all been navigating our own transitions, but I’m so grateful to be able to share a final practice with anyone who can make it.

This last class is in the heart chakra, which is completely appropriate for where my life, mind, body and spirit are in this moment. I’m taking a huge leap of faith and practicing courage as I leap towards the wide open unknown of my future. Of all of the things that I cannot be certain one thing is for sure, Yoga will see me through any challenges that I need to navigate by showing me exactly what to do to support my body in staying balanced, charged, relaxed, and ready to take on the work at hand.

Hello everyone! I will be working a day long catering job in Forest Hills tomorrow and have to leave early so no 9 AM practice but I will be there Sunday 10:30 AM before taking off for another job after that for Father’s Day.

Grateful for the solar plexus focus this month keeping me clear and strong With lots of stamina and endurance for the marathon I have ahead of me in leaving my home and Long Island. Grateful for the chance to practice and continue to share what I can while still receiving so much from Yoga itself.🔥🔥🔥 let’s do this!
