π
TUESDAY β’ JUNE 23, 2026
π Bay St. Louis β’ Waveland β’ Jourdan River β’ Bayou Caddy β’ Mississippi Sound
π MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST FISHING FORECAST π
β OVERALL FISHING RATING: 7.6 / 10 β
The biggest story this week is NOT the moon, tides, or weatherβ¦
π§οΈ Itβs WATER CONDITIONS.
Recent heavy rainfall has the Jourdan River running high and pushing a tremendous amount of freshwater into Bay St. Louis. Water remains stained throughout much of the bay and portions of the Mississippi Sound, but conditions are slowly improving each day as cleaner Gulf water works its way back into the system.
The anglers who locate cleaner, saltier water will dramatically outperform those fishing the dirtiest portions of the bay.
π MOON PHASE
π First Quarter Moon
β¨ 58% Illumination
The First Quarter Moon typically produces strong feeding activity around tide changes and often favors extended morning feeding periods for trout and redfish.

β¬οΈ HIGH TIDE: 7:27 AM
β¬οΈ LOW TIDE: 8:31 PM
π₯ PRIME TIDE WINDOW:
5:00 AM β 8:30 AM
