Please keep scrolling if you expect to continue cancelling inside the 24 hr window or be chased for payment and think your athlete will continue to have a spot.
It’s very frustrating to keep making posts such as this. We realize emergencies do happen, but that gray area continues to get bigger and bigger. That’s why we had to enforce the new policy last month. This is also why we screen our athletes and hand pick who we take in. Thank you to the athletes and their families who are consistent and committed with their payments when bringing your athlete to us. We appreciate you. I pour myself into your athlete, watching and breaking down practice and game video, planning lessons to specifically attack weaknesses, developing relationships, and investing all I have to ensure I’m doing my part to make them a better overall student athlete and person. It’s not just a “hitting lesson”.
The 24 hr cancellation policy is a MUST. Businesses such as hotels, car rentals, doctors offices, etc (I could go on and on) all enforce this. It’s disrespectful to think that can happen, while there’s a cancellation list with athletes waiting to get in. While I’m speaking of this, I would never go to Walmart, get groceries and expect them to call and remind me of payment up to three days later. It doesn’t make sense whatsoever. Please do not schedule an appointment with us if you do not agree with our policy.
The choice is simple. I’ve stated before, set a reminder, make a note, or ask your child to help you remember. If that’s too difficult, please let me know and we’ll remove you immediately from the calendar in order to get another committed athlete in. Thank you.
