👏 Congrats to Brooke McGowin! 🧡

Last night, the City proudly presented a proclamation honoring Brooke, a rising senior at Baldwin County High School, for her outstanding accomplishments both on and off the softball field.

🥎 Dedicated member of the BCHS Tiger Softball Program since 7th grade
💪 Led the team with an impressive .400 batting average as a junior
🖤 Represented the South All-Star Team at the July 28 AHSAA All-Star Game in Montgomery
🔥 Delivered 3 hits, 5 RBIs, and 3 runs scored in the All-Star Game
🏆 Named the game’s Most Valuable Player
🎓 Will officially sign in November to continue her academic and athletic career at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga

We are proud to celebrate Brooke’s hard work, dedication, and success. Congratulations to Brooke, and thank you to her family, coach, friends, and the City Council for joining in last night’s special recognition! 🌟

Thanks to Mayor Josh Brown and the City Council for honoring Brooke McGowin at the City Council meeting tonight!!! Brooke was named the South MVP at the AHSAA North-South All-Star Softball game in Montgomery last month!!!🧡🥎🧡

The Chosen Youth Outreach Ministry’s Back to School Bash at Lyle Underwood Stadium was a great success! The BCHS Softball team enjoyed volunteering at the event! Thanks to everyone for donating school supplies to our students and community!🧡🥎🧡
