We at Cosens MMA believe the time between the ages of 3 and 7 are the most important years of a child’s development. Our program will enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way. The Little Ninjas Program will also prepare your child for our Children’s Martial Arts Program. In the Little Ninjas Program your children will be exposed to positive social interaction. They will learn how t

o work with others and follow directions from their instructors. Our instructors are good role models who are trained specifically in this area of development.

We are excited to announce that beginning July 1st, we will be switching to nunchucks as our focus weapon for the next three months.

If you do not already have nunchucks, they are available for purchase at the front desk. Remember, our weapons curriculum rotates quarterly, offering students the chance to develop skills with a variety of weapons throughout the year.

With summer break in full swing and Belt Testing coming up, this 1-hour Stripe & Belt Booster class is designed to help your child feel confident, prepared, and ready for their next belt test.

Our coaches will work with students on their specific rank requirements, curriculum, life skill definitions, sharing skills, and any technique details they may need extra help with before testing.

This is perfect for students who need a little extra attention, students who are close to qualifying, or students who want to sharpen their skills and walk into testing feeling ready.

Class Details:
Friday, June 19
Ages 5-7: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Ages 8-12: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Space is limited so each student can receive focused coaching.
