Cosens MMA is a martial arts facility in Bay City, MI specializing in jiu jitsu, MMA, muay thai, children's martial arts, personal training, and women's only weight loss boot camps. We were opened in early 2009 and our goal has always been to help our students develop physically and mentally.

We strive to teach our students Life Skills - focus, discipline, teamwork, and leadership. These skills may look different from day to day, but here we see several of them at work.

A team is a team, and a little support from a new friend can make all the difference in the world.

Attention Parents, We are incredibly sorry for the late notice. Both instructors are experiencing flulike symptoms. We value the safety of all of our students and parents. The last thing we want is to spread any sickness to our members. We will be shutting down classes for the day and allowing any members from todays classes to join in tomorrow.
