It is with a heavy heart comes this announcement. Our founder, grandfather, mentor, and friend passed away from his battle with cancer on April 3, 2023 at 89 years old.

Eddie Douglas, age 89, of Bay City, Texas passed away on Monday morning, April 3, 2023. Eddie was born in Palestine, Texas in December 1933 to Murphy and Imo Dell Douglas. As a child, he was fascinated by the waters and forests of East Texas. He said, I grew up
