Congratulations, Christian! Christian Derlinga secured a gold medal and his ticket to state.

Christian made two pins in 1:58 and was 8th highest in both 'team points' and 'most single match points'. Congratulations!

Congratulations, Patrick! Patrick secured 3rd place at TNAAU Region 3 tournament and his ticket to the state tournament.

Patrick also scored within the top 25% in 'most team points' and 'most total match points'. Way to go, Patrick!

Congratulations, Dallas! Dallas placed 1st in his bracket at the regional tournament, thus securing his ticket for STATE.

Most notably, Dallas continues to dominate on the mat and scored the most team points in the entire tournament of over 400 youth athletes, AND he had the second highest number of pins (4) called in the quickest amount of time (1:56 total). If you were not already sitting on his mat when his match started, then you most assuredly missed the entire match. Way to go, Dallas!

Congradulation, Halliegrace! Halliegrace went undefeated in her bracket at the TNAAU Region 3 Tournament and will be advancing to the state tournament.

Halliegrace learned a new move last week and nailed it in one of her matches, which resulted in her having the 4th fastest pin in the entire tournament! Way to go, Halliegrace!

In her division, Halliegrace had the 'most pins least time', #1 and #3 fastest pins, and 3rd highest in team points.

Please help us congratulate Finn Scantland on his wins at TNAAU Region 3 tournament. Finn brought home a silver medal for his second place win AND a much sought after "ticket" to advance to the TNAAU state tournament. Congratulations, Finn!

Finn also accomplished the following in his division:
-8th fastest tech fall
-10th highest in 'single match points'

This weekend is the third and final leg of the TNAAU Top 100 series, and Beginner State! Registration is nearing capacity and it is looking to be a packed tournament.

The SWARM will be hosting weigh-ins for those unable to make it across time zones to weigh-in at the tournament site tonight. A great BIG ‘THANK YOU’ to Upperman Wrestling for allowing us to use their room and equipment in order to help alleviate this travel burden for youth wrestlers around the Upper Cumberland area! Please see weigh-in details below, in the shared post and comments. Note: Upperman is having a special-event basketball game, there will be no access to the facilities other than the wrestling room, and the parking lot will be packed. Please see/save the graphic in the comments for helpful information.

⚠️Lastly, a few last-minute points made by TNAAU:

Final Reminders for Top 100 and Beginner State:
Both tournaments are almost at capacity. Sign up asap if you are attending. Coaches/Parents please pass along the below info to your teams.
1. There is no double bracketing in the same session.
2. Beginner State is for Tennessee residents only. If you are from another state you will be removed .
3. Beginner State is for 1st and 2nd year wrestlers only. You will be removed no questions asked if you viloate this rule. It may not be caught until parents look at the brackets so do not put yourself in that position. If you have a question on eligibility text Michael Sutherland at 423 580 2739
3. If you are wrestling in both tournaments you must tell the people at weigh ins so they can record your weight in both tournaments. Please help us by remembering this.
4. We will be selling gate passes at the Cleveland weigh ins tonight. If you are weighing in there please get your gate pass or coaching pass to help aleviate morning congestion at the gate.
5. All wrestlers for both tournaments must weigh in tonight at one of the sattellite weigh ins or onsite at Clevelands Jones Wrestling Center to ensure ontime starts Saturday and Sunday.
