Happy summer all!!! It’s time to start our cross country conditioning. Right now our team is super small. If anyone in the UHS community knows someone who would love to run this year, please send them my way. We will start conditioning on Wednesday, July 8th. For details, message me and let me know you are interested.

Before conditioning or practicing any sport, a physical, a clean bill of health, and permission from a legal guardian must be submitted by all student athletes.

Thank you and I can’t wait to meet everyone and have a wonderful season.
