Let me introduce myself 👋🏻

My name is Mackenzie and I am the instructor here at Lakes Barre. I have 14 years of traditional ballet training and have a passion for fitness. 3 years ago I become certified as a NETA barre instructor and began teaching Barre Intensity at a local gym.

I love the challenge a barre class brings to fitness with a flair of choreography. We use Pilates, yoga and minor weight training to tone and stretch our bodies along with low impact cardio bursts. 45 minutes has never flown by so quickly!

In my spare time, I coach figure skating and love to travel with my husband and two kids.
