We’re putting the finishing touches on a BIG fall season, and there are a few spots where we could really use some extra hands (and a few awesome local businesses 😉).

We still need refs for our 𝗨𝟭𝟬, 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 & 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 games! If you know the game and would be interested in helping out this season, send our page a message!

We’re looking for volunteers to help keep our fields lined throughout the season! You can sign up for 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞 or take as many weeks as you’d like.

Even better — there’s no set day or time. 🙌 You can paint the fields 𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 during your assigned week.

TEAMS ARE OFFICIALLY LIVE!

The wait is over! Coaches, team rosters AND game schedules are now available in the TeamLinkt app!

📧 Everyone should have received an email from TeamLinkt with your team information.

📱 Already created your TeamLinkt account and downloaded the app?
Good news — there’s nothing else you need to do! Your player should automatically be assigned to their team in the app.

Once you’re in, you’ll be able to see:
⚽️ Your coach
👥 Your team roster
📅 Your game schedule

Please check your email and TeamLinkt app for all the details. You are also able to message your team directly in the app. We will push out any weather delays or other announcements through the app, so be sure to turn on your notifications.

All teams will play on the following Saturdays:
- Week 1: September 19th
- Week 2: September 26th
- Week 3: October 3rd
- Week 4: October 10th
- Week 5:October 17th
- Week 6: October 24th
- Week 7: October 31st

While not on the TeamLinkt schedule yet - U10, Middle School, and High School divisions will also play on October 24th and October 31st for the SRSA Tournament. We will be splitting it across two weekends. We know that youth football also has games on October 31st and we planning for our U10 and Middle School age groups to be finished before noon.

We’re getting SO close to fall soccer, and we can’t wait to see everyone back on the fields!

We promise it’s worth the read — we have 𝟯𝟬𝟬+ reasons to be excited!

𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗜𝗦 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗗 — 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗪𝗢𝗪!

We are SO excited to share that 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟯𝟬𝟬 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝘀 are registered to play with Spring River Soccer this fall — our 𝗕𝗜𝗚𝗚𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥! 🎉

We’ll also be welcoming several additional teams from neighboring communities to join us for games this season, which means our fields are going to be BUSY — and we couldn’t be more excited about it!

📣 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 — 𝗪𝗘 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗔 𝗙𝗘𝗪 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗦!

Before we can get every team ready to go, we still need:

⚽ U6 — 𝟮 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀
⚽ 3-Year-Old Division — 𝟭 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵
⚽ U10 — 𝟭 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵

If you didn’t select “coach” on your registration but would be willing to step up, 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸!

And if you’re thinking, “I’d help, but I don’t know enough about soccer…” — 𝗗𝗢𝗡’𝗧 𝗟𝗘𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝗬𝗢𝗨!

No prior coaching experience is required. We have experienced folks who can help train you, walk you through the rules, provide practice plans and activity ideas, and offer guidance throughout the season. You bring the willingness to help the kids — we’ll help with the soccer part!

𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗬 𝗧𝗢 𝗖𝗢𝗔𝗖𝗛? 𝗪𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗟𝗗 𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨!

With 𝟯𝟬𝟬+ 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 and currently just 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀, there is a LOT that happens behind the scenes to keep our season running smoothly.

One of our biggest needs is a few volunteers who would be willing to 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 between games so they stay fresh and ready for Saturdays and help us keep our bathrooms clean.

We may also need some extra hands for other odds and ends throughout the season. You don’t have to make a huge commitment — whether you can help once, occasionally, or regularly, 𝘄𝗲’𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽!

Saturday August 22nd, ( 2 days from now) at 7am (we are going to try to get finished before it gets too hot) we will be out at the 19th street soccer fields in Baxter Springs getting things ready for our Fall season! The board that organizes the league is currently made up of 5 volunteers, and we could really use some help to make this season a success!

Things on our to do list for Saturday:

1- Mowing around the goals.

2 - Spraying w**d killer.

3 - Line the Fields.

4 - Line the Parking.

5 - Clean the Bathrooms.

6 - Paint / Repair goals.

7 - Inspect / Repair nets.

8 - Inspect field conditions.

⚽ 𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗔𝗴𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 + 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱! ⚽

Now that we’ve had a chance to review our registration numbers, we’ve finalized our divisions for the fall season! 𝗪𝗲’𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗥𝗢𝗪 to give families one last chance to sign up.

Our younger divisions will remain 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱:
• Age 3
• U6
• U8
• 𝟭𝟬𝗨 – Ages 8–10
Birthdates: August 1, 2015 – July 31, 2018

For our older players, we’re making a change this season based on registration numbers and feedback we’ve received from families in previous seasons.

🏫 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 – 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝟲–𝟴
🎓 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 – 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝟵–𝟭𝟮

In the past, our older age divisions have sometimes resulted in middle school and high school players competing together. We’ve heard from families that they would prefer those ages to be separated, so this season we’re structuring our older divisions more like school sports.

𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲: Some 6th-grade players may still qualify for 10U based on their birthdate. Those players are welcome to 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝟭𝟬𝗨 𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. Families may choose whichever division is the best fit for their player.
