NEW NAME. SAME WALLEYE CAMP!

You may have known us as Oak Harbor Walleye Camp, but we’re excited to officially introduce our new name:

Lake of the Woods Walleye Camp!

When we asked you to help us pick a name, we got SO many great entries. Thank you to everyone who threw an idea our way! After going through them all, we kept coming back to one that felt simple, fitting, and true to where we call home.

Lake of the Woods is what brings so many people to this area. With fishing, the outdoors, the memories made on the water, and of course, the walleye. So it only felt right for our name to reflect the place at the heart of it all.

Oak Harbor Walleye Camp is now Lake of the Woods Walleye Camp. A new name for the next chapter, with the same love for this little corner of northern Minnesota.

And we’re just getting started…

Wow! Thank you to everyone who submitted ideas and shared suggestions for the new name of our vacation rental formerly known as Oak Harbor Walleye Camp.

We received so many great ideas that choosing just one wasn’t easy.

The new name has been selected…

But you’ll have to wait just a little longer! We’ll officially unveil our new name and brand in mid-August.
