The Battle Mountain Nerf Wars are ON
this Friday, September 18th

Both ages 5-12 classes will be combined in the 11:00am-12:45pm time slot for the nerf wars.

🧒 Kids can bring their own nerf guns, provided they use standard nerf darts, or borrow from the gym. (We have plenty! 😁)

🎂 Help us celebrate 10 years of Loyalty BJJ with the nerf wars!

PSA: Do Not Train While Sick!

Hard training hampers your immune system’s ability to fight infections, bacteria, and viruses. You will get better faster while resting, and you will help keep your teammates healthy for their fights, jobs, classes at school, and daily lives.

Martial arts are contact sports, and illness spreads quickly when close to other humans.

Be kind to your teammates and stay home if you are sick.

Thank you.
