Tuesday’s Muay Thai class was great. We worked kicks, counters, and follow-ups with a lot of reps and a lot of real striking application.

We covered:
Cover
Cut Kick
Teep the Kick
Evade
Catch the Kick

This is about winning exchanges, creating openings, maximizing damage to your opponent, and minimizing damage to yourself. Good defense, sharp timing, and smart follow-ups make all the difference.

You don’t get good at Muay Thai by knowing techniques. You get good by drilling them until they show up under pressure.

Strong work tonight. Keep sharpening your weapons.

MMA 6:30-7:30pm Class tonight we’re working on clinch entries, takedowns, and the follow up after the finish. Don’t stop at the entry—chain it together and make it count. 👊

Muay Thai 7:30-9:00pm Class we are sharpening kicks, kick counters, and follow ups. Land with purpose, answer back fast, and build the combinations that make people pay. 🥊🦵
