Our current Schedule

Fit in 30
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Total Body Strength @ 5:50am,7:00 and 8:00am

Tuesday-5:50 am Barre with Teri
7,8 and 4:30 Pilates format focusing on core and glutes

Thursday - Cardio, Core and some strength
5:50,7,8
4:30pm will be Station Strength
4:30 class meets M-Thursday

Minges offers a 5:30pm class
Monday - Zumba - on a pause due to instructor surgery
Tuesday- Total body strength with Sloane
Wednesday- Yoga Pilates fusion with Kathy
Thursday- Total Body Strength with Amber

Saturdays 8:30 alternates between cardio and Yoga
9:30 Low Impact Lift

$35 for the month or $10 drop in each class
