Anna is in the home stretch of her ACL recovery, and we’re proud to be part of her journey back to doing what she loves.

While continuing her rehab at Traction Sports Therapy, Anna is also working one-on-one with our Performance Staff to rebuild strength, confidence, and athletic performance.

Our Performance Coaches work closely with our Therapists to customize each training session around the demands of her recovery. Which creates a seamless bridge from rehabilitation to performance.

The finish line is in sight, Anna. Keep putting in the work!

Mr. Mike is headed back across the river to be closer to family and, of course, his zebras!

Mikey did a little bit of everything around Traction: keeping the facility looking its best, fixing whatever was broken, and even cooking for the entire staff. He was always willing to lend a hand, and we’re going to miss him dearly!
