Saturdays

11-1pm OPEN MAT training for all ages. We are a family of Martial Artist young and old that believe in discipline, good moral character and leading by example

. We offer several martial arts; Brazillian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Judo and Kickboxing. Our goal is to instill self confidence and discipline while having the most fun possible and building a lifelong love for the arts.

Ok final schedule, time Chang because 6-7 seems to work better for you guys. Final schedule starting this week
Mon and Tue BJJ / Judo / combative Jiu-Jitsu
6-7pm and Open mat 7-7:30. Open mat is optional.
Boxing / Kickboxing on Wed and Thur 6-7pm. Open mat as Coach Maverick decides.
