Happy Mother’s Day to all the mommas, grandmas, aunties, and mother figures in our Refit @ The Chapel community. You make the world go round. And you bring the energy every weekend. Thank YOU for showing up for others and more importantly yourself each week in class. We had some awesome mommas visit this past Saturdays class through the rain and storm for an unexpected class. This is for all the ladies who cannot attend classes right now.

Some are out taking care of parents.
Some are out grieving the loss of a loved one.

Some are out due to kids activities.
Some are out due to injuries.
Some are out due to health issues.

Whatever the reason is - we want to remind you that you are exactly where you need to be. You are missed. You are loved. We will be here when this season is over. 💛 🖤
