I have been looking back over clients progress this week and came across these photos of Job. About 2 years diff and over 20lbs of muscle gain all by way of hard work, consistency and getting back up after going through struggle. Ex*****on doesn’t always come by way of choosing to do it or not, but by trusting into the proven process you are following. This is one particular example of many that have made great strides without needing to use any excessive supplements.
