Geaux Swim is offering a ten-week training group for middle school swimmers. This program will offer a season training plan geared to middle schoolers looking to enhance their performance for the middle school season. The program is available to all local and surrounding Baton Rouge schools with middle school swim teams. The training will be focused on stroke technique, starts, turns, and race strategy for each swimmer and their needs. This is a great opportunity for those looking for seasonal training!
