As a lifelong exerciser and calorie counter, I can attest to this. I first read about this approach in 2000. Couldn't believe it and didn't try it until late 2009. Dropped 40 pounds, down to 6% bodyfat WITHOUT intentionally reducing calories and WITHOUT burning more calories "in the gym". WITHOUT breaking a sweat! Something happened! Been trying to figure that out since. I think this explains it. Do not exercise to burn calories. In fact, I believe, the less calories burned exercising the better your results will be.
