SCHOOL IS BACK, AND WE'RE STILL REELING FROM THIS!

As we gear up for an exciting new school year, we’re looking back at an incredible highlight from May down at Doiron’s Landing in Morgan City. We were thrilled to have four PBS teams qualify to compete in The Louisiana High School and Junior Bassmaster State Championship!

Our PBS anglers left everything out on the water:

Junior Division (Saturday, May 2)

Jake Morello and Noah Andre — TOP 10 FINISH and 1st Place Big Bass Award
Robert Chapman and Cavan Durbin — Put up a strong fight and represented us well on a tough day!
High School Division (Saturday, May 2 & Sunday, May 3)

Carter Oufnac and Max Daniel — TOP 10 FINISH after battling it out through two competitive days!
Parker Richard and Brayden Camp — Stayed persistent and fished hard all weekend long!
We are so proud of all four teams for their hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship.

Our Cross Country girls are looking to win their 3rd straight state XC title and the boys are looking to capitalize on last year's 3rd place state finish and hopefully bring home a trophy this year.

The Eagles will open up the season September 3 under the lights at the Battle of New Orleans and will be back home at Highland Road Park October 3 for the SJA invite and we hope to have as many Eagle Fans as we can come out to support our runners on October 3.

We hope to live up to God’s purpose for our team and each individual runner this year, as said in Philippians 3:14: “I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.”
