These athletes exceeded our wildest dreams! Platinum Youth division: Sadie: FLOOR NATIONAL CHAMPION!, 2nd on bars and all around, 3rd on vault, and 4th on beam (in spite of losing her last baby tooth suddenly just before competing on beam); Ella: 2nd on vault, 4th on floor and all around, 5th on beam; Alisa: 3rd on vault and floor, 6th all around; Junior division: Lucy, 2nd on floor, 3rd on beam!

The host hotels had no working pools. YMCA National Gymnastics Championship & Invitational worked out a deal with a water park for athletes and coaches with credentials to go to the park free, and bring guests at a reduced rate. Bonus!
